Customized gaskets

ZORGE produces gaskets according to customer specifications with die-cut, punching and waterjet cutting techniques. We have more than 60 years of experience in the manufacturing of gaskets from gasket sheet materials. The choice for the best cutting technology depends on batch size, tolerances, demanded quality of the cutting edge and cutting possibilities. The optimal solution is always determined in dialog with our customers.

As indepent processor of multiple brands of gasketing materials, we can advise our customers the best choice of material. ZORGE holds many types of gasketing materials on stock from renowned suppliers among which are Amorim, Donit (Tesnit) and Interface Performance Materials.
